Household Theology Press is a digital publishing imprint operated by FlockConnect LLC. This privacy policy describes how the imprint and its supporting internal applications interact with third-party services and handle data.

What We Do

Household Theology Press publishes digital downloadable resources for Reformed Christian families. We sell these resources through third-party marketplaces (Etsy and Lemon Squeezy). We do not operate our own checkout or customer database; all transactions are processed by the marketplace platforms under their respective privacy and security practices.

Third-Party Data

Our internal applications interact with the following third-party APIs on behalf of the shop owner only:

These applications store OAuth tokens, API keys, and shop identifiers in a local environment file on the shop owner's machine. These credentials are not transmitted to any other party. Refresh tokens are rotated per each platform's standard practices.

Customer Data

We do not directly collect, store, or process customer data. When you purchase a resource from Household Theology Press on Etsy or Lemon Squeezy, your order is processed entirely by the marketplace. We see only the information the marketplace provides in seller-facing order dashboards (typically: order ID, shipping address for physical goods if applicable, and the marketplace's redacted customer identifier).

Cookies and Tracking

This website (householdtheologypress.com) does not set cookies. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session-tracking scripts. The site is pure HTML and CSS served from Vercel's edge network; no JavaScript runs in your browser. Hosting infrastructure (Vercel, Cloudflare) may collect standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for security and operational purposes per their respective privacy policies.

Email Communication

If you contact us at hello@householdtheologypress.com, your email lives in our standard email client. We do not add your address to any marketing lists, and we do not maintain a marketing list to add it to. You may request deletion of any prior correspondence by replying with the subject line "Delete my emails" and we will remove your messages from our records within thirty days.

Data Retention

Because we do not collect or store personal data, we have no general retention period to disclose. Email correspondence is retained at the discretion of the shop owner using a standard email client. Marketplace transactions are retained by Etsy, Lemon Squeezy, or the applicable platform per their retention policies, not ours.

Children's Privacy

Our resources are designed for use by Christian families, which may include children. However, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under thirteen. Marketplace purchases on Etsy and Lemon Squeezy require an adult account on those platforms.

International Users

Household Theology Press is a United States-based publishing imprint. Our resources are sold globally through the third-party marketplaces named above, each of which handles international data-protection compliance (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.) per their own privacy practices. We do not directly transfer or process personal data of any user, international or otherwise.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data directly, most data-subject rights (access, deletion, correction, portability) are not applicable to our relationship with you. If you have sent us email correspondence and wish to have it removed from our records, contact hello@householdtheologypress.com. For data the marketplace platforms hold about you, please contact the relevant marketplace directly under their privacy policies linked below.
